Quality Family Physicians takes a team approach in providing patient care. In addition to our Medical Doctors we have two Physician Assistants, one Nurse Practitioner and numerous Medical Assistants. The Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioner serve as physician extenders, and their training encompasses a master's degree in their field. Our Medical Assistants are trained to administer vaccines as well as perform EKGs, throat swabs, urine testing, blood pressure checks and simple office visits under the guidance of our physicians.


Meet the Providers  

Kathleen H. Willey, MD

Dr. Kathleen Willey founded Quality Family Physicians in 1999. After earning her Bachelor of Arts degree at St. Anselm College, Dr. Willey obtained her Masters Degree from Georgetown University and her Medical Degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at Christiana Hospital, including an additional year as Chief Resident. She has served as a consultant for preventative medicine and quality initiatives. Dr. Willey maintains her board certification in Family Practice.


Eun A. Kim, MD

Dr. Eun Kim joined Quality Family Physicians in 2008. After graduating with distinction at the University of Virginia with a Bachelors of Science in chemical engineering, she earned her Medical Degree from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, Department of Family Medicine and Community Health. Her interests include alternative medicine, and she has a license in acupuncture. Dr. Kim will be performing acupuncture in our office in addition to regular patient care. Miriam J. Mullin, MD

Dr. Mullin joined Quality Family Physicians in 2012. She graduated from Washington College and the University of Maryland School of Medicine. She served as Chief Resident at St. Joseph's Family Medicine Residency in Syracuse, NY before beginning her practice locally in the Pike Creek area in 2003. Dr. Mullin offers the full spectrum of primary care to families, including pediatrics, adults and geriatrics, as well as routine women's health exams and minor skin procedures. She maintains her board certification in Family Medicine.


Coty J. Kalbach, PA-C

Our Physician Assistant, Coty Kalbach, joined Quality Family Physicians in 2016. After graduating from West Chester University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, she went on to obtain her Masters of Medical Science in the Physician Assistant Program at Arcadia University. During her training Coty spent several months at QFP and earned the endorsements of our physicians, staff and patients alike. She is board certified to practice medicine, in conjunction with our physicians. 


Lindsey K. Pavlikowski, PA-C

Lindsey joined Quality Family Physicians in 2018.  After obtaining her Bachelors and Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Seton Hill University in 2014, Lindsey began her career practicing Cardiology at Memorial Medical Center in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. She relocated to Delaware in 2015 and has specialized in Primary Care ever since. She is board certified to practice medicine alongside of our physicians.   She will work closely with our physicians to provide the high level of patient care our practice has been known to provide.

Holly L. Kalish, NP-C

Holly joined Quality Family Physicians in 2018.  She holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in Nursing Science from the University of Delaware and is certified as an Adult Nurse Practitioner from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.  Holly spent 11 months interning with the physicians at QFP prior to joining the team.  She is dedicated to forming strong patient relationships that help facilitate improved patient awareness of their health.
